We are looking for food vendors who support and source from local farmers as much as possible! Prepackaged food vendors must operate under Cottage Food Law, or produce in a commercial kitchen, ideally here in Southern California. | |
ARE YOU AN ARTISAN? We are looking for artists and crafters that make what they sell, here in California! Some common crafter types are: Ceramicists, Artists, Candlemakers, Jewelry Makers, Wood Workers, Pet Treats etc.. but we are always looking for something UNlQUE! |

HOW DO I BECOME A VENDOR?
Fill out an application above! We receive hundreds ofapplications so be sure to
complete the appropriate application thoroughly. This is your audition!
WHAT ARE SOME REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE?
Submit vendor application
Once accepted - complete new vendor paperwork
Obtain necessary permits (Farmers - Certified Producer's Certificate, food - Temporary Food faclity permit)
Submit insurance (farm Habit added as additional insured to your General Liability Insurance policy)
I APPLIED, NOW WHAT?
Now it's time to wait! Due to the amount ofapplications we receive it can take a couple
months for us to review your application and respond. Please be patient, we promise
we will reach out to you!
WHAT SUPPLIES DO I NEED TO PARTICIPATE?
Vendors must supply their own equipment, induding but not limited to:
Pop up canopy, tables, chairs
Banner with Business info
Canopy weights (required due to wind
Labels for prepackaged food
Pricing signs (farmers)
Cash handling equipment, POs system, etc
Scale, registered and sealed within previous 12 months (farmers only)
We do not allow vendors to hand out T Shirt Bags (thin plastic bags with handles)
WHAT ARE THE APPLICATION OR ONBOARDING FEES?
Artisans - $5 fee for reviewing and processing the application. This does not
guarantee acceptance onto our roster.
Food - $25 processing fee for onboarding (once invited to participate,)
Farmers - No application nor onboarding fees
WHAT ARE THE DAILY FEES FOR VENDORS?
Market participants pay a fee based on a percentage of their sales for that particular
day. There is also a pre-established minimum fee that must be paid. Minimums and
percentages are based on type ofbusiness, market, and amount ofspace you utilize.
Minimum fees range from $40 - $120 per market. Fees/percentages will be
established once youre accepted onto our roster.
AS A FOOD VENDOR. DO I HAVE EXTRA REQUIREMENTS?
If you sample or prepare food you must have:
Hand washing station (warm water in an insulated container with a spout, bucket to
catch the wastewater, liquid pump soap, and paper towels)
Disposable single use gloves
Disposable utensils for samples
Trash bin
IF YOU PREP FOOD ON SITE YOU MUST ALSO HAVE:
Functional three compartment sink, potable water, 4 mesh walls, fire extinguisher.

DO I NEED A BUSINESS LICENSE TO PARTICIPATE?
It is the responsibility ofvendors to comply with the regulatory agencies that govern
their respective businesses. We do not collect or keep business licenses for vendors
